I am , the President of Metcalf & Associates, Inc., bringing 24 years of business experience to support your evolution.  I am recognized  as an effective leader who demonstrates operational skills coupled with the ability to analyze, develop, and implement successful strategies for profitability, growth and sustainability.  I bring a combination of intellectual rigor and discipline along with an ability to translate theory into practice to all of her client engagements.  I also design and teache MBA classes in Leadership and Organizational Transformation at Capital University. 

I have been working on/researching developing “Level 5” leaders.  My interest is how they develop, what they do with it, and how do I support this process.  I have published 3 papers on Integral Leadership Review in 2008-2009 on this subject.  I am now collaborating with friends and colleagues in Japan to write a book.  Additionally, I work with a colleague who delivers exceptional training and coaching on Resilience.  We are working now with a manufacturing plan that is closing.  Her goal is to help the leaders maintain their focus during these very challenging times to both deliver results (so the plant does not close even earlier) and also support the people who are concerned and angry.  .
